Upon registration: name or company name, contact email, Telegram, country, and city.

When using the service: call statistics (quantity, duration, directions), numbers and routes used, campaign and agent settings, billing and transaction data.

Technical data: IP addresses, device and call application type, connection logs for diagnostics.

We do not record the content of conversations unless the client has independently activated the recording function.

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
3. How We Use Data

Provision and improvement of MamontCall services.

Billing, calculations, and financial accounting.

Technical support and diagnostics.

Ensuring security, preventing abuse and fraud.

Compliance with legislation and implementation of Anti-Scam policy and KYC checks.
4. Data Protection

Encryption: all control traffic and voice calls are encrypted by default.

Encryption is provided to all clients at no additional cost.

Infrastructure: secure data centers, regular security updates, 24/7 monitoring.

Client data is isolated from each other.

Only authorized employees have access to data; all actions are logged, and two-factor authentication is used.
5. Data Disclosure

We do not disclose data to third parties, except as required by law.

By legal requirement: upon a court order or official request from law enforcement agencies.

To protect rights: if necessary to protect the rights, property, or security of MamontCall and its clients.

Anti-Scam: in case of fraudulent activity to prevent damage.
6. Data Retention

Billing data is stored for the duration of the account and for 12 months after its closure.

Call statistics (without content) are stored for 6 months.

Technical logs are stored for 30 days.

The client can request data deletion via @MamontCallSupport.

Including regulations of Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, and Kazakhstan.
8. User Rights
