We are a team from the CIS. We ourselves came from outbound. We know how mammoths fall, and why most providers are the weak link.

Why we created MamontCall

We were tired. Tired of providers who sell “international communication”, but in reality — numbers die in 2 days, call connection rate is 15%, a whisper function costs extra, and connection takes weeks.

We saw how call centers with 50–100 operators lose thousands of dollars every day due to connectivity issues. Not due to operators. Not due to scripts. Due to connectivity.

That’s why we gathered everything an outbound team truly needs, and did one thing right: the basic set of tools — free by default. Whisper function, auto-dialer, encryption, softphone — not for an extra charge, but out of the box.
