1. General Provisions

  • These Terms of Use govern access to and use of MamontCall services (hereinafter — Service).

  • By registering and using the Service, the user agrees to these Terms in full.

  • MamontCall provides professional telephony services for call centers, including call routing, autodialing, campaign management, and quality control.

2. Registration and Account

  • Registration and creation of a user account are required to use the Service.

  • The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • The user is fully responsible for safeguarding account credentials and actions taken via the account.

  • One account is intended for a single company or team.

  • MamontCall reserves the right to refuse registration or block an account without explanation.

3. Services and Features

  • Voice call routing to more than 75 countries.

  • Campaign management platform MamontControl.

  • Autodialer MamontHunt — basic functionality is provided for free.

  • Call monitoring (Overseer) and softphone (MamontPhone) are provided for free.

  • Communication encryption is enabled by default.

  • Advanced modules are available via subscription.

4. Service Availability

  • Target route uptime — 95% or higher.

  • Target infrastructure uptime — 99.9% for Elite package with SLA.

  • MamontCall does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted Service.

  • Scheduled maintenance is performed with prior notice.

5. Payment and Billing

  • Payment model: pay-as-you-go minutes and subscription for additional functionality.

  • Current rates are listed on the /rates/ page or provided upon request.

  • MamontCall may change prices, notifying clients at least 14 days in advance.

  • Payment is possible in cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT) or by bank transfer on request.

  • The Service operates on a prepaid model; calls are suspended at zero balance.

6. Refunds

  • Unused funds in the balance are refundable upon client request.

  • Refunds are not issued in case of Anti-Scam Policy violation.

  • Refund processing time — up to 14 business days.

7. User Obligations

  • Use the Service exclusively for lawful purposes.

  • Comply with MamontCall Anti-Scam Policy.

  • Do not use the Service for fraud, spam, or other illegal activities.

  • Comply with the laws of your jurisdiction and the recipients’ jurisdictions.

8. Restrictions and Blocks

  • Minimum connection volume — 10,000 minutes per month.

  • Prohibited activities are described in /anti-scam/.

  • MamontCall may suspend or block an account in case of Terms violation, Anti-Scam Policy breach, or upon law enforcement request.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • MamontCall does not guarantee specific call success rates or KPIs.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last month.

  • MamontCall is not responsible for call content or user actions.
